Career International attended the 3rd Western China HR Conference & Expo

November 26 saw the grand opening of the 3rd Western China Human Resources Conference & Expo 2019 at Chongqing. It brought together government decision-makers, industry experts and human resources practitioners, to discuss about the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry in Western China. Wallace Gao, Chairman at Career International, was invited to deliver a keynote speech about the relations between the human resources industry and poverty alleviation.

According to Wallace, it was vital for enterprise to carry out their social responsibilities besides seeking commercial benefits. As a player in the domain of human resources, CI offered free career counseling to voluntary teachers from NGO “Teach for China” by drawing on their expertise. We also provided donations and voluntary teaching three times from 2016 to 2018 at Guiou primary school in Guizhou Southwestern China. Moreover, the company opened its Xinjiang branch and ran the Silk Road Star International Human Resources Service Industry Park in Urumqi, to foster the development of businesses in Western China with more experienced talent services.
