Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was RMB 74 million (USD 10.85 million), while net profit attributable to shareholders, excluding non-recurring items, reached RMB 73 million (USD 10.70 million).

During the reporting period, Career International remained focused on its strategic priorities of “Specialization, Globalization, Digitalization and Ecosystem Integration”. It continued to advance its full-industry-chain ecosystem built around “Technology + Platforms + Services”, while upgrading its business mix, expanding AI applications, strengthening its platform ecosystem and integrating digital intelligence capabilities. These efforts supported ongoing improvements in operational efficiency and service quality, with all major business segments maintaining steady growth.
Since the beginning of 2026, rapid advances in AI and its deeper integration across industries have heightened the need for highly skilled, technical and multidisciplinary talent, accelerating shifts in workforce needs. Hiring has expanded beyond core R&D roles to include product design, AI implementation and operations management, with demand for AI talent remaining strong. In the first nine months of 2026, the Company recommended more than 10,400 mid-to-senior-level managers and technical specialists to clients in China and overseas. It also recorded more than 490,000 cumulative personnel deployments across outsourced roles, independent consultants and part-time experts, up 10.14% YoY, with technology R&D roles accounting for 72.38%. Improved operational efficiency has enabled the Company to better meet businesses’ essential needs for agile workforce models and specialized capabilities.

As Chinese companies accelerate their global expansion, their talent needs are shifting from individual hires to broader talent and organizational capabilities. Career International continued to strengthen coordination with its overseas teams and integrate its global talent solutions. Tailoring its approach to each client’s stage of development and business needs, the Company brings together consulting and organizational design, employer of record (EOR) services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), executive search, contingent workforce solutions and vendor management systems (VMS). These integrated capabilities help businesses navigate hiring, workforce management and compliance requirements across markets, while building global talent capabilities that are manageable, repeatable and scalable.
In response to evolving client needs and business scenarios, Career International continued to integrate AI into talent services, translating its recruitment expertise, industry research and talent delivery methodologies into reusable technology products and innovative service models. The Company further refined its full-stack capabilities spanning “organizational consulting, talent supply chain solutions and digital employee (Agent) services”, and optimized its AI product portfolio. Through AI agents including MiraDay, Domi on the HEWA platform and Aidawork by CAIDAO, the Company is applying AI across industry research, talent mapping, candidate sourcing and matching, recruitment collaboration and workforce management. These efforts aim to improve operational efficiency and service quality by fostering closer integration of AI capabilities, professional recruiting services, platform ecosystem resources and clients’ business workflows, thereby strengthening the Company’s differentiated advantage in digital intelligence-driven talent services. In the third quarter, the beta version of MiraDay, Career International’s AI agent for overseas recruitment, was officially launched. The Company also conducted a thorough review and refinement of its privacy and related compliance frameworks.

Besides, Career International strengthened integration between its business and financial systems and expanded the use of its employee services and expert management platforms in outsourcing operations. The DeepDIG expert management platform further enhanced its AI-powered matching, business lead identification and delivery data analytics capabilities, supporting talent resource management and business opportunity identification. Building on these advances, the Company kept driving AI-enabled organizational transformation to improve internal collaboration and business responsiveness.
The Company’s platform ecosystem also recorded strong growth. As of the end of the reporting period, the HEWA ecosystem had more than 21,200 registered ecosystem partners, up 15.9% YoY, and over 211,000 registered recruitment consultants, up 16.5% YoY. The platform had cumulatively delivered more than 38,200 positions, representing a YoY growth of 75.5%. The close integration of platform resources and professional services provides strong support for expanding the talent supply chain and improving delivery efficiency.
During the reporting period, Career International was once again named among Beijing’s Top 100 Private Enterprises for the seventh consecutive year, rising to 46th place. The recognition reflects its continued growth in overall capabilities, brand influence and industry standing. Marking its 30th anniversary, Career International also launched a global charity relay in partnership with Teach For China to support rural education and youth development, reaffirming its commitment to corporate social responsibility through tangible action.
