Career International Hits RMB 10 Billion Revenue Milestone in 2024, Boosting AI-Powered Talent Solutions

On the evening of April 25, Career International (300662.SZ), the first A-shares listed human resources service provider, released its 2024 & 2025Q1 Reports. The report indicates steady recovery and dual growth in both total operating revenue and net profit attributable to shareholders. In 2024, Career International achieved operating revenue of RMB 11.788 billion, a year-on-year (YOY) increase of 20.55%; net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 205 million, up 2.42% YOY; net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses amounted to RMB 139 million, a 3.57% increase YOY; and net profit attributable to shareholders, excluding employee restricted stock costs and non-recurring gains and losses, reached RMB 144 million, representing a YOY increase of 8.04%.

During the first quarter 2025, the company’s operating revenue reached RMB 3.303 billion, increasing 25.13% YOY; Net profit attributable to shareholders totaled RMB 57.78 million, up 42.15%YOY; Net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses reached RMB 46.19 million, growing by 103.24% YOY. Overall, the first quarter's performance demonstrated impressive growth momentum, highlighting a positive development trajectory.


Mainland China Business Sees Strong Growth, Backed by Talent Supply Chain for Industrial Transformation

Adhering to its “economic circles-specialized” and “position-specific” strategies, the company deepened its presence in key sectors by targeting tech startups, innovative “Little Giant” enterprises, tech unicorns, niche market leaders and fast-growing gazelle enterprises, to fortify a resilient and innovation-driven talent supply chain.  

During the report period, the company’s mainland China market registered a robust growth to reach RMB 9.49 Bn, up 28.67% YOY, with offline business revenue maintaining a resilient growth at 20.44 % YOY. Among it, flexible staffing service revenue rose by 22.42 %, while the overall recruiting business continued its recovery. In 2024, Career International served over 6,000 clients, successfully recommended nearly 20,000 mid-to-senior level managers and technical professionals for domestic and international clients. Its flexible staffing division managed more than 45,500 registered outsourced personnel & independent contractors, dispatched for 499,473 times cumulatively. Notably, positions in IT R&D, AI-related data roles, digital transformation, and in industrial sectors such as new energy, automotive, and semiconductor production have all experienced significant growth.  

AI Empowers Quality and Efficiency, While HR Industrial Networking Platform Gains Momentum  

In 2024, the company invested RMB 169 million in technology, achieving 44.18% YOY growth in revenue of tech products. Internal digitalization, financial management, and outsourced workforce management saw marked advancements. By integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning, the company iteratively upgraded its industry-specific pre-trained language model CRE and the Match System, enhancing AI-driven matching and recruitment precision. Additionally, a small-scale GPU cluster was established to bolster data processing and model computation capabilities.  

The Match System has been fully deployed across client developing, talent sourcing, and internal collaboration, with gradual integration into platforms like HEWA. This strengthened resource synergy and operational efficiency. The CRM system was also upgraded to improve client acquisition and business opportunity management, while DingTalk-based solutions enhanced service quality and efficiency for key account clients’ outsourced employees.  

During the reporting period, the company revamped its HR industrial networking platform HEWA, refining AI-powered matching algorithms, service workflows, and partner collaboration mechanisms. The platform achieved substantial business growth and performance enhancement, with its ecosystem scale reaching breakthrough expansion. By the end of 2024, HEWA had connected more than 15,500 eco partners, a YOY increase of 20.09%; registered over 144,600 recruiters, up 21.77% YOY; delivered 12,700-plus job placements, rising by 117.64% YOY.
